I took this one right off the Varolo Blog, just to make sure I didn't miss something.

Everyone reading this is probably already a Varolo member and you have probably seen the vision of what Varolo can be.  Let me expound on that vision for a moment.  I would ask you to please read this entire letter.  It could make the difference between success and failure in Varolo for you.  It can make the difference between having your home mortgage paid for you or not.
For most it is difficult to make ends meet (especially in this economy) and any extra money you can make really helps.  See, to if you want to improve your financial situation you have to either cut back or make money…and let’s face it…most of us have cut back as far as we can.  But what are you going to do to make more money?  Get another job?  Those are pretty scarce with nearly a 10% unemployment rate.  Ask for boss for a raise?  Companies cutting wages of employees is what is happening.  And yet gas prices and nearly everything else keep going up?  How can we make ends meet?
This is why we developed Varolo.  We wanted to develop a method where people could have unlimited earning potential WITHOUT EVER SPENDING A DIME!  And we did it!  Billions are spent each year on advertising and if we create a platform that benefits advertisers while incenting and rewarding consumers, it will win!  But that takes you!  Varolo is based on a system where the more people participate, the more money everyone makes.  Why is that?
There are lots of advertisers out there and the more users there are in the system, the more advertisers want to use that system, which drive up competition, which drives up the ad prices. And because Varolo gives you a revenue share of those dollars, the more advertisers spend, the more money you make.
As of this writing we offer advertisers a low rate of 1 cent per ad view.  In other words for $100, they can have 10,000 targeted consumers watch an entire video ad, rate the ad, answer a survey question, and engage with the consumer with promotions, discounts, coupons, and even the ability to “buy now”.  1 cent/ad view is only our initial rate.  We know that the value Varolo offers is far greater than any other advertising method they could use.  So why are we the least expensive?  Because we want to attract lots and lots of advertisers which will increase the ad price.
Soon we will be announcing that the minimum ad price will be going up.  This will happen several times.  Each time the ad price goes up, you earn more money because you get a fixed revenue share on that ad view.  So what do you think the ad prices can go up to?  Well compare it to “pay per click” advertising on Google.  Most advertisers pay 50 cents to $50.00 per click.  Which do you think has more value?  A text based ad on the side of the screen or a full 30 second commercial with all the bells and whistles Varolo offers?
What you need to understand is that the money making examples we have listed are based on 1 cent ad view rates.  In our 2 minute tour video we give an example of inviting 10 people that invite 10 people that invite 10 people that invite 10 people.  If all of these users were watching 10 minutes of ads, you would earn $1,530/month.  That is true.  But what if the average ad price goes up to 3 cents?  Now you are making $4,590/month.  What if it goes up to 5 cents?  Now you are making $7,650/month.  What if it goes to 10 cents?  20 cents?  MORE?  Is that possible?  There are many people that thought that pay per click would never get beyond a penny.
Also, that example was based on only 4 degrees of separation.  We wanted everyone to make more money so we set it up to earn on a 5^th degree of separation.  What if you have your 5^th degree unlocked?  That same example of exponential growth of 10 with a 5^th degree all watching 10 minutes of ads earns you over $7,700/month (at 1 cent/ad view).  Now these are really big numbers.  While there are many Varolo users that have signed up thousands of users directly, the average person is only going to sign up a few right?  So while there will be some who will make a killing at Varolo because they know how to market to the masses using the Internet, most will just invite a few friends.  So let’s be as realistic as we can be with a very conservative example.
Let’s say you just invite 4…or perhaps you invite more but only 4 are actively watching their ads. Each of them have 4 active users that have 4 that have 4 that have 4.  ANYONE CAN DO THIS.  At the lowest possible ad price of 1 cent, you would be earning $119.04/month.  Is that worth spending 10 minutes a day watching ads that are relevant to you and getting discounts and promotions on the things you are interested in?  Most people say yes!
But that is what you are going to make today.  What about as that advertiser competition begins to grow.  Does anyone doubt for a second that the ad price won’t quickly go to 5 cents/ad view?  Now without any more effort and just spending 10 minutes/day you are earning nearly $600.  That is a nice car payment, or groceries for a month, or all your utilities.  What if it goes to 10 cents?  Now that is a house payment for many.  All because everyone stayed engaged and active in the system.  See a Varolo community of 5,000 active users can be ignored by advertisers.  A Varolo community of 100,000, 250,000 or a million cannot be ignored by advertisers.  The more users that stay engaged in Varolo, the more value it has to advertisers, which means more money for everyone!
I think everyone knows that Varolo will be successful.  The speed of its success is up to you!  It is up to all of us.  If we all choose to dedicate our 10 minutes/day for the next 6 months to Varolo and invite just 1 person each day, amazing things will happen.  Don’t get discouraged with a small village today.  Don’t get discouraged if your earnings aren’t where you want them to be today.  Remember the vision.  If we all work together, we will be a force that advertisers will use as their primary advertising medium.  Varolo is not a sprint, it is a marathon but only takes 10 minutes a day.  Anyone and everyone can do it.
I know several advertisers that said that if they could micro target their exact audience, they would be willing to spend 25 cents, 50 cents and in some cases more than a dollar for each ad view.  Imagine having a village of a few hundred or a few thousand people that when they watch these ads you are earning a revenue share on it.  This is the power and vision of Varolo.
So my advice!  Watch your ads each day religiously!  Invite 1 person each day to Varolo.  If you want to get aggressive about marketing, there are lots of forums, blogs and other places where Varolo users give advice on what you can do to market.  Be creative!  Don’t worry about people that tell you it is “too good to be true” because eventually they will also catch the vision.  “Too good to be true” is said by those that think it is going to take no effort at all.  Varolo takes effort…but not much.  Just 10 minutes a day and invite 1 person a day and watch what happens.  Varolo is literally a “game changer” when it comes to online advertising but it requires all of us to work together.
You know how when you are driving and due to construction the lanes merge together and everyone begins moving over in a orderly manor…and then all of a sudden some jerk rides up the shoulder and cuts in at the last minute.  Varolo is not for that guy!  Varolo is for everyone who wants to work together to make life better for everyone.  By watching your ads and inviting 1 person a day, you will make the difference and you will see that Varolo will be something that can pay a bill, pay a car payment, pay a home mortgage, or more!  But it is up to you!  Don’t get discouraged.  Stay with it while we drive the ad price up and more people to Varolo.
This is an extremely exciting time and by working together, everyone wins! Remember, we are all in this together!

Ad Prices goin up!!! Already!!!

Varolo would like to announce that due to the success of Varolo (even prior to our official launch April 17th) we have decided to increase the minimum ad price. Advertisers are finding that using Varolo is far superior to other advertising platforms. With a 3 to 12 times higher click through rate, instant rating and survey feedback, and the ability to interact with the consumer with discounts, promotions, coupons and even commerce links it shouldn’t surprise you that Varolo is increasing their “floor price” for ads.
Therefore beginning May 1, 2011 Varolo will increase the minimum ad price to $0.02 (for a 30 second ad). This will effectively double the earnings for Varolo users. That being said, we are going to allow existing advertisers with running campaigns or those advertisers with existing contracts to continue at their existing rate for a period of time. This “grandfathering” of existing advertisers ensures we have full ad queues for everyone. However, the highest priced ads will be queued first ensuring maximum earnings for Varolo users. So the increase in earnings for Varolo users may no be evident immediately, but as more new advertisers use Varolo, the new higher ad price will dramatically impact users earnings. HINT: We will probably be increasing it again soon.
If you are a business owner or someone who has been considering using Varolo to advertise, the existing rate of $0.01 is available through the end of April and if you keep your campaign running, you can continue to have the low rate of $0.01/ad view.
With Varolo now reaching 75,000 users, we have decided to increase the commissions paid to Varolo users that are participating in the Associate program to earn a commission bonus on all advertisers they bring to Varolo. Anyone can be a Varolo Associate. Just follow the instructions on the “Marketing” menu. As always, being a Varolo associate is completely free. ASSOCIATE COMMISIONS WILL INCREASE TO 12% (THAT IS 4 TIMES THE REGULAR COMMISSION RATE) through April 30, 2011. Everyone seems to know someone that wants to promote their products or services and Varolo is the most effective way of doing that. If an advertiser uses your custom link to join Varolo between now and April 30, 2011, you will earn 12% on each and every ad they play in Varolo FOREVER.

The new Facebook App

Finally it is here!!! Well almost, there are some issues.  After all remember everyone we are still in Beta Testing. Which means things are not perfect(except me) and we need to iron out the kinks.

So I just copied the info from Varolo, but read it, go get the app, figure out what is wrong, write it down and maybe email Varolo later.

Facebook App

Well, we had some issues today with the roll out of the Varolo Facebook app. First, you should know that there are actually two separate applications we have created. The first in what we call Facebook integration where from the Varolo website you can post a message to your FB wall, post your earnings, jackpot entries, and a host of other things. It allows you to promote your village directly from Varolo to Facebook.
The other application is what we actually call the Varolo Faceook Application. This is where you can install your own fan page, install the Varolo app there, and it will sync with your FB page with whatever you want. It is designed to allow you to more easily promote Varolo right through Facebook. Many people get scared of links (where they might go, viruses, malware, etc.) So the Varolo FB app was designed to allow you to promote it right through Facebook, allow users to see the various videos without ever leaving FB, and even register right through your page.
Eventually we can even make it so people can use Varolo right in FB without having to login to Varolo. There are lots of additional features we can add as well.
HOWEVER, Facebook has created som challenges for us at the last minute. The first challenge is that they have blocked our ability to show video ads (the Varolo tour and compensation plan). They have not yet told us why this is. You can look at applications and sites for many other companies and they have videos (much longer and bigger), but for whatever reason ours have been blocked. We are attempting to figure out why this is. In the mean time, we created hyperlinks that would just go out to our site instead. Not idea, but works.
Then today right when we launched the app, Facebook shut down our users ability to sync their Varolo status with their Facebook pages. They gave us no reason for this. See, Facebook has what are known as “rate limits” on how much data can be sent to and from your application. They say this number will increase as needed but don’t give you any way to know what limits you will need. So we aren’t sure if it is a rate limit problem (because within minutes of us releasing the app, scores of people began installing it…even before we announced it was live) or if it is something else. One problem is that this all happened late Friday afternoon so we aren’t sure how quickly Facebook will get back to us. Once they do, we don’t know what it will take to get them to turn the app back on.
So we are a little stuck at the moment. Know we are working very hard to get this working as we believe it will be a great tool for many people to use to promote their village growth. In the mean time, we appreciate your patience as we work this out.

Network Marketing.

What is it and how am I gonna use it to steal your money........ Seriously, that's what most people think when "Network Marketing" and "Home Based Business" is said in the same sentence.

Network Marketing in it simplest form is two or more people talking about a business; how to improve it, make it better or just talking about it. Yep you heard me, just talking about it is the main aspect of Networking. We do it everyday. Meeting up for coffee, lunch, drinks.....whatever. These are all aspects of Networking. Sometimes they they involve the same people; sometimes new people.

Network Marketing is the same.  A group of people getting together usually talking about business. There are a lot of breakfast Network Marketing groups. They meet and mention their business, how it is doing,what is it about and so forth. Sometimes they talk about a specific business.... Avon, Pampered Chef, Bellamora, Varolo....ect.

Yep, I mention Varolo, cuz if you read this blog there is a good chance we have discussed Varolo and since we did that we were essentially Network Marketing. If you leave this Blog and talk to someone else about Varolo you  are Networking Marketing.

Network Marketing like Varolo is not a piece of cake it takes time and patience. You may talk to 100ppl and only 3or 4 will take you up on your offer, BUT  those 3 or 4 will probably be as motivated as you. All it takes is a few like minded people to get together, promote a good money making concept to other like minded people and they will make out like gang busters.

If you think you can make money with Varolo by not talking to friends and family and just inviting random people,You will have a tough time here. Believe it or not friends and family will be the best recruiters and supporters you have.

How hard would YOU try for someone you don't know or probably will never meet??? How hard would you try for your best friend or favorite nephew???

Varolo is free to join and use. No matter how much we talk about I can't steal any of your money, just your time and actually I mention Varolo once or twice to someone if they are not interested  screw 'em. I got more important things to do with my time.

Beginning today (March 26, 2011), Varolo is open to Canadians.  This means those in Canada can login, watch ads, earn money, win jackpots, and earn achievements.  They can build their villages just like those in the U.S. have been doing.  Canadians can grow their villages with anyone in Canada or the U.S.  Those in the U.S. can now increase the size of their villages with anyone in Canada.  Advertisers can begin targeting those in Canada as well!

Beginning April 3, 2011 Varolo will be available in the United Kingdom.  Users in England can register, build villages, earn money, win jackpots, and get all the benefits that the U.S. and Canada have today.  Remember there are no restrictions on your villages.  Anyone can invite people from the U.K, Canada, or the U.S. to join their village.  Advertisers can also now target consumers in any of these countries as well.

Craigslist and Ghosting???

 Ok, Rich, my good friend and downline member, wrote an article Called "No Secret" over at http://offthehook67.blogspot.com/ . Now if anyone after reading said "WOW, OMI GOD I'M GONNA DO THAT TOO". Hold up there, Buckaroo. If ya go crazy you'll probably end up getting ghosted.

What's Ghosting or why has my Ad not shown up??

First, did you wait long enough? As your confirmation email said, you should wait for at least 15 minutes before looking to see if your ad is listed. Sometimes it can take a little longer for the ad to appear in the list, especially if the CL servers are experiencing a heavy load. We've seen ads take up to an hour and a half to appear in the list.


Second, check to be sure your browser is not playing tricks on you. When you look for your listing and don't see it where you think it should be, make sure the page you are looking at is not a "cached" page from your browsers memory. Your browser will sometimes attempt to store a page in it's cache and redisplay it to save time rather than try to download it from the site again. So basically you are looking at an "old copy" of a page. To make sure you are not looking at a cached (old) page, do a "hard" refresh of the page. To do that, click the Reload/Refresh button on your browser's tool bar (not the "reload" link on the page itself). In some browsers, the F5 key will also cause a hard refresh. This will force your browser to download a fresh and updated copy of the page you want to see.

"No dice! I waited long enough and I'm looking at an updated page. WTF?!?

If the above does not help, then what you are experiencing is referred to as a "ghosted ad". Ad ghosting is caused by account activity that triggers the CL anti-spam script system. If it detects an ad that it finds "invalid" or activity that it has been set to identify as potential spamming, ads posted by the account will be allowed to "go live", the posting process will look completely normal, but the ad will NOT be listed in the category index and search functions of the site essentially making the ad invisible to normal CL users. Much like any other filter application, the detection of invalid ads and potential spamming activity is an automatic function. It is simply the result of an ad or account's activity meeting or exceeding the pre-programmed limits tested for in the script. If you find your ad is being ghosted, neither the site nor it's staff is accusing you of bad intentions, however, you ARE posting in a manner that the site does not find acceptable and you need to take action to correct the problem and avoid escalating it. Rich and I hope the information in this document will be helpful to you in determining what you may be doing that the CL site scripts find unacceptable. In the end, it's just an automated script. That's all.
 

"I have no intention of Spamming?!? I'm not a spammer! My Varolo ads are totally legitimate and I'm not doing anything wrong!"

If you go against CL's rules, technically you are spamming.  Before you get your panties in a twist, stop for a moment and ask yourself  "Is it possible that, even though I had no intention of breaking the site rules, that I may have unwittingly done something that triggered the system's anti-spam scripts?" Ask yourself  "Is it possible that, even though I have carefully read the entire Terms Of Use and reviewed all the posting guidelines, I still might not realize exactly how the CL site is programmed to define or detect invalid ads in every situation?" There are many things someone can do that can cause the system to ghost ads, either through ignorance or intentional misuse of the CL site. 

"So what exactly am I doing that's so wrong?"
The following activities can and do lead to ghosted ads. A large majority of ghost ads are due to one or more of the items listed here:

• Attempting to post an ad that contains "control" characters or symbols that are not allowed by the system. You may not put "illegal" characters or symbols in form boxes. /, @, {, .....ect. Yes, the @ symbol is part of an email address so be sure there are no email addresses in the body of the ad unless you specifically chose the option to include your own contact information while creating the ad. Stick with normal letters, numbers, and basic punctuation.


• Posting too many times in a category (You're allowed one ad per category)


• Posting too often in a category (You are allowed to post one ad every 48 hours in a given category)


• Re-posting an ad or posting a new ad without first removing your prior ad in that category (You are allowed to have only one active ad in a category at any time) I, and probably Rich, am SOOO guilty of this one.
  


• Posting the same or similar ad in more than one category (Your local newspaper won't allow you to post your one classified ad under every subject or on every page. Neither does CL.)


• Posting ads in more than one city/site (CL is intended for local ads meaning your ads only go on the CL city/site closest to your physical location)


• Carrying on a conversation in ad space or posting ads in response to other ads (Any ad that could or does have "RE:" in the title is not allowed. If you want to converse, use the CL forums. If you find an ad objectionable, don't respond to it in ad space, flag it. That's what the flag system is for.)


• Inserting links to commercial websites in your ads in ad space where such links are not allowed (The only categories where links to commercial websites are allowed is in categories listed under the "Services" section. It is actually best to avoid placing external links in any CL ad if at all possible).

This is by no means a complete list of things that can lead to ghosting of your ad. There may be less frequently encountered issues that can get an ad ghosted as well. Staff may change script settings, rules, and thresholds as they see fit and at any time without any notification.  

"But I post like this all the time and nothing ever happened to my ads before! Why is it doing this now?" 

The reason it appears that sometimes people seem to be getting away with breaking the site rules is that, at first, you CAN get away with it... for a little while. This is due to the way CL is set up. CL is designed to run with minimal intervention by the actual staff(CL only employs a dozen or so people). To do that, the site is set up with automated scripting that allows it to be almost completely regulated by it's users (you, me, your grandma, and those 3 pricks who flag everything....there are people who do that. Some to get your Competing Ad off....(Hi, "BSE" I know it was you).  The system usually will allow some invalid ads to post normally before ghosting starts. Just because some previous invalid or spam ads posted normally, don't assume they will continue to post without consequence. Eventually the site scripts will catch up with them even though they are set to allow for some initial newbie mistakes as a new CL user learns to use the site.

How do I get CL to stop Ghosting my Ads?

If the ghosting was a result of illegal characters or symbols in an ad you attempted to post, then simply edit the ad, remove any suspected problem characters, and resubmit it. Most likely you will have to remove and repost the ad if it is "stuck".

If the ghosting was the result of prior posting activity, Then the only way to regain posting privileges is to take a break from CL. If you have any active ads, it is recommended you remove them and then wait. A few days without using the site usually allows the CL script system to start "forgetting" about your account activity. At least a three day wait is recommended. A week is even better. If you attempt to post after waiting and your ads still get ghosted, you may need to take a longer break. Continuing to attempt to post ads after ghosting starts can quickly make the problem worse. Worst case scenario, cut your losses and start up another account on CL. I have had 3...think Rich has had the same.

But I HAVE to post this ad RIGHT NOW!"

If a few days is just too long for you to wait, then that is a sign of an entirely different problem; perhaps best described as "entitlement issues". It may be that you are approaching your use of the CL site from the wrong perspective. CL is a private website and is managed at the whims of it's owner and staff. They do not need to justify the site rules or how they configure the site to operate to anyone. No one has a "right" to use the CL site. Free speech does not apply on CL. There are no rights or freedoms on CL that are not given by the site's owner. If your livelihood, income, emotional stability, or sanity depend on the immediate posting of your ad regardless of your prior activities, that is the result of more than one bad decision on your part. Writing emails to CL complaining of "unfair" treatment will get no response and may, in fact, lead to other, more undesirable results. So, if you are that frustrated that you will have to wait, get out the aroma therapy candles or the shot glasses or whatever it might take but be prepared to wait for a while. Your only other option is to use some other free ad site to post your ad(s).


In the next day or so I'll have a post on things you can do to Possibly slow or a stop CL ghosting....remember I said POSSIBLY. Some will work sometimes and sometimes not.....there is no rhyme or reason to what Craigslist does or why it does it.

Getting Paid to Watch Commercials, hmmmmm.....at home no less......double hmmm

I asked myself this if Varolo is legit. Seems like it could be associated with multi-level marketing companies, network marketing companies, Internet affiliate companies, and other such things.

This is a very understandable question and the simple answer to those that may be wondering this, or those that need to explain this to others. In every single ponzi or pyramid scheme the organization asks for your money. Perhaps it is in the form of a setup fee, one time fee, a monthly “autoship” or something else but they ALWAYS want your money. Varolo will never ask for your money. They will never ask for your credit card. Varolo doesn’t sell anything. They want to make you money in a very simple, easy to understand way.

Advertisers are willing to pay to have you watch advertisements. You can claim some of those advertising dollars when you watch these ads rather than that money going to TV networks, radio stations, billboard companies, newspaper companies, Internet mogals and other advertising middlemen. It is that simple.

There are two ways to make money with Varolo.

First is the jackpot. For each ad you watch, you are entered to win a huge jackpot. The more ads you watch, the more chances you have to win.

Second is through your Varolo Village. If you recommend friends to join Varolo you can earn a percentage of the revenue from the ads they watch, and those that they sponsor, and their friends up to 4 levels.
      Your village earns money for you which you can claim by watching advertisements yourself. As you can see, participation is required to earn money. You receive a percentage of the revenue from the ads watched by your entire village. You can invite as many people as you want and you can get paid on a regular basis.

Yes you can. Will you retire in 6 months probably not. Is there anything the average Joe can do on the Internet to retire in  6 months??? If you actually think that is a valid question, you need to quit lickin' the snoozberries off the Short Buses windows.

Now, back to the point. Varolo and money. As I have said before there are 2 ways to make money in Varolo.

  Jackpot entries.

                     There are two ways to win with this method.

 1. Watch video's everyday and get one entry for every video you watch

            (2 entries per video if you watch more than the 140 required each week)                            

 2. If someone in your Village wins.You win 10% of the total!! With the Splash Up (up to 4 degrees of separation.).........I have won TWICE!!!! look in the Varolo blog on their site.

The video's can drive you a little crazy.  Especially the ones you see over and over.....Thank you Delsym for switching your ad. 

       

One thing about the video's is they keep you active in the company. No watching video's. No money. Varolo doesn't care if your Village is 10,000 people. Ad companies won't pay you to not watch there stuff........that's what they pay the television companies for.......LOL!!!!! Also, if you only watch 90% of your 140 video's in a given week you only get 90% of the total of your Village earnings. Which is kinda nice to know if something happens and you miss a few you don't loose all your earnings.

   Earning Cash

 Admit it, this is the one we are REALLY concerned about. Now this involves 2 factors.    

  1. How many people in your Village, up to 4 degrees of separation. A fifth is possible, but we  still need you concentrating on not licking the windows, so I'll skip that one for now ;-)

2. What advertiser are paying/bidding for ads. Which right now is around 1 cent.
     So lets dig into this second part a little deeper.

Now, we have all seen the video about how to build your Varolo Village. Get 10 who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, who get 10, and next thing you know all of China and half of India is in your downline and Warren Buffet is asking you for investment advice.

WHOA!!! Now you almost got me licking the windows. Focus James, focus!!

Don't get me wrong it's a good video and does point out a nice "perfect" picture of how Varolo could work....I know the sponsor of my sponsor does not do a darn thing as far as Varolo goes and is making money, because I have 1200+ppl in my line. Some people are going to work the program and some won't. That's just life. So here is a more realistic approach to Varolo and the money.

So you do your part and get 10 people. Lets say the people you recruit, some try some don't. Lets go even more conservative than the video and say your Villagers only get 3ppl who in turn each get 2 more, who also get 2 more. Sound more conservative? So now your Varolo Village looks like this:

10 + 30 + 60 + 120 for a total of 210 people in your village.



The earnings % in your Village breaks down this way: You are paid 8% of the ad revenue from every ad watched by your personal referrals; 6% on your second level; 4% on your third level; and 2% on your fourth level.


So if everyone watches their 10 minutes a day, this is 20 ads and the  advertisers to spend as little as 1 penny per ad view, making each person's "time" worth 20 cents (bout $1.20/hour). Now, not gonna lie....that sucks. There are little 6 year old kids in China who make more than this!!!

But hold on ... I'll show what will/could happen once Varolo goes public and advertisers have to start bidding against each other.

In the above example, you're making:

10 x (.2 [20 cents] x .08 [8%]) = 16 cents
30 x (.2 x .06) = 36 cents
60 x (.2 x .04) = 48 cents
120 x (.2 x .02) = 48 cents

So for your referral of 10 people and their referrals, if everyone puts in their 10 minutes a day, you're making $1.48/day or about $45/month.....wait if I had 15 kids all working in China and they al........FOCUS JAMES FOCUS, Sorry guys...my mind wanders

Now I realize $45/ month is not a lot of money for so many people putting in their time; and again, even though you can watch these ads during your regular TV commercials (or on the bus with your smart phone, etc.), I wouldn't be thrilled about this program if people were basically putting in their time for $1.20/hour.

Did you know that advertisers currently spend up to $50 or $100 per click to their website from Google Adwords. Ya, wasn't joking up to $100 PER CLICK.

With Varolo advertisers get:

1) 30 seconds of someone's attention who has given consent to watch these commercials and can pick which ones they want to view.

2) A prospect chosen by demographics, such as location and interests.

3) Thorough data on results, ROI, etc.

So once Varolo becomes known, do you think that advertisers will spend more than a penny per ad? Of course they will. They are COMPETING against each other for our attention, so just as in Adwords, they will spend more and more to get 30 seconds of your attention. Why do you think Superbowl commercials are so expensive??? Ad companies know during the Superbowl whether the game sucks or not we MAKE sure to watch the commercials. What do those commercials go for???Like 3 million for 30secs?!?!?!

So turn the above example into 5 cents per ad; suddenly each person's time is worth around $6/hour and you earn about $220 per month.

10 cents per ad, each person's time is worth $12/hour and you earn $440 per month....now where talkin

With the ability to choose a wanting audience by demographics, get their attention for 30 seconds, be able to give them special promotions and coupons, and have real-time feedback ... it's a no brainer the ads could end up going to $1 and more per view.

This would make each person's time worth $120/hour, and with your small group of 210 people putting in their time each day, you'd be earning about $4400/month if we hit $1 per ad.




I guess I won't be moving to China after all.


Look this all over, give it some time to digest and ask yourself.

Is Varolo for real and do I wanna miss out on something that could be as big as Facebook or Google, BUT be able to make money with it???

Keepin the Momentum

This can be the tough one. We all know that when we first sign up for something it's all, Woohoo, this is awesome, check it out, great concept and such. After time we lose the wind in our sails and the momentum slows.

Why??

There can be various reasons, some good.......some bad. Whatever the reason we need to get out of the rut, pull the pillow off our head and get back into the game. Most of the problem is we tend to look at the negative on most things. Case in point....

Right now I'm in a rut.

Most of my Ads as of late have been "ghosting"(look it up, if ur posting in CL it's probably happening to you)....... So that takes the wind out a little.
1121ppl and 25-30% are still green....little more wind gone.
160ppl in my first tier, I send out emails every day and almost no-one replies.....little more wind gone
Now people are starting to go from Blue to gray....little more bye, bye
My Sponsor is getting ghosted on CL also, we used to chat every night.....little more gone.

Starting to feel a little deflated now, heck I bet you're getting depressed!!

I need to remember, I've only been with Varolo less than 3weeks!! I have 1121++ppl.........think I just felt  a breeze...

I can make money Watching Commercials??? Wha...ok, where's the camera's. Am I on punked or some other stupid reality show??

You've heard the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is."  Well that ends today!!
